A little about your instructor – Mark Comerie
Mark is an Advanced Level Fitness Trainer having
worked within 4 of the UK’s largest health club chains
up to management level.
Known for his enthusiasm and approachable style, Mark
founded VaVaVoom! Fitness which now delivers a range of
health related services across Nottinghamshire. He
places a firm emphasis on providing a fun, yet
challenging fitness package and has worked with both the
Notts County Cricket and Notts County Football Clubs.
In the past 12 months, Mark has worked with over 100
men and women to help them reach their goals and start
new ones.
